Can I also wash the hairpins?

It is not recommended to immerse the pins in water, but you can gently clean them with a damp cloth.

Can I mix and match the hair clips?

My hair clip doesn't snap properly.

During shipping or frequent use, some hair clips may bend slightly. Gently bending them back into shape usually restores them. If this doesn’t solve the issue, feel free to contact our customer service for further assistance.

Orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days. Most orders are shipped via standard mail and therefore do not include a track & trace code.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are displayed at checkout. For orders within the Netherlands, we offer standard shipping rates, and for international shipments, costs vary depending on the destination country.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

International: 5-15 business days, depending on the destination.

Can I track my order?

This depends on the size of your order. For parcel shipments, you will receive a track & trace code. Unfortunately, tracking is not available for standard mail deliveries.

4. Returns and Refunds

Can I return the hair clips if I am not satisfied with them?

Yes, you can return unopened products within 30 days. For hygiene reasons, opened packaging cannot be returned. Please review our return policy for more details.

Who pays the return shipping costs?

For a valid return, we will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.

5. You must return the products as soon as possible, but no later than 5 days after notifying us of the return.
