Return and Refund Policy
At Pinnie, we strive to ensure you and your little one are happy with our products. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can easily return your purchase under the following conditions:
1. Return Period
Returns are accepted up to 30 days after receiving your order. This cooling-off period begins the day after the product is received.
2. Return Conditions
Please ensure the package is well-packed to ensure the products arrive back to us in good condition. To be eligible for a full refund, the products must:
- Be unused;
- Be in their original, undamaged packaging;
- Include all original tags and labels.
Due to hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal is voided once the seal or plastic packaging of the product has been broken or opened. This applies to all hair clips and other hair accessories that come into direct contact with hair or the scalp.
3. Return Procedure
To exercise your right of withdrawal, go to your account at https://account.babyspeldjes.nl/ and log in using the email address you used to place the order.
- Click on 'Request Return' in your order.
- If done correctly, you’ll see the message: "Your return request has been sent and is under review. We will email you once the review is complete."
- After receiving your return request, we will send you instructions for returning the products.
- You must return the products as soon as possible, but no later than 5 days after notifying us of the return.
4. Return Costs
The cost of returning the products is the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and ensuring the package is adequately stamped to avoid delays or loss.
5. Refunds
For a valid return, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your return request.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you explicitly agree otherwise.
- We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until you have provided proof of return, whichever comes first.
6. Exceptions
- Items purchased during a sale or with a special discount are not eligible for returns or refunds unless defective.
- Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
7. Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us by contactform.
- For defective or incorrect products, we will reimburse the shipping costs for the return and provide replacement products or a full refund, as per your preference.
