- Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping within the Netherlands for a fixed rate. The exact cost will be displayed during checkout.
- International Shipping: For customers outside the Netherlands, we offer international shipping. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and are calculated at checkout.
2. Delivery Time
- Netherlands: Standard orders within the Netherlands are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day. Delivery usually takes 1-2 business days, depending on the courier.
- International: For international orders, delivery times can vary between 5-15 business days, depending on the destination.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or customs processing for international shipments.
3. Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a track-and-trace link (if available) to follow your package. Unfortunately, tracking is not available for standard mail shipments.
4. Undelivered Orders
- It is important to provide a correct delivery address. Pinnie is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- In the case of an undelivered package, please contact our customer service team. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes and have limited shipping options to remote or hard-to-reach locations. If you’re unsure about shipping availability to your location, please contact our customer service team.
