Welcome to Pinnie! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and services. By purchasing our products or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Definitions

  • Customer: A natural person not acting for purposes related to their trade, business, craft, or profession.
  • Agreement: The purchase agreement and the order with payment obligation between Pinnie and the Customer.
  • Products: The baby hair clips and other items offered in the webshop.

1. Applicability

  • These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer from Pinnie and to every Agreement between Pinnie and the Customer.
  • The products on Pinnie’s website are intended exclusively for personal, non-commercial use.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Offers and Product Information

  • We strive to describe our products as accurately as possible; however, minor variations in color or dimensions may occur.
  • Our products are specifically designed for babies (from 3 months), toddlers, and children and must be used under adult supervision.
  • All offers on the website are non-binding and available while supplies last, unless stated otherwise.

3. The Agreement

  • The Agreement is established when the Customer accepts the offer and fulfills the accompanying conditions.
  • When the Customer places an order, it includes a payment obligation, explicitly indicated with "order with payment obligation" or a similar unambiguous formulation.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • Pinnie accepts common payment methods such as iDEAL, credit cards, and PayPal. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
  • Pinnie reserves the right to adjust prices and availability of items at any time.
  • Shipping costs may be charged in addition to product prices and will be clearly displayed before completing the order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Pinnie aims to process and ship orders as quickly as possible (typically within 1-5 business days). Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping options.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. Pinnie is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
  • If delivery times are exceeded, the Customer has the right to cancel the Agreement free of charge.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. This cooling-off period begins the day after the Customer receives the product.
  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused and returned in its original condition.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal is voided if the product’s seal or plastic packaging has been broken or opened. This applies to all hair clips and other hair accessories that come into direct contact with hair or the scalp.
  • Return shipping costs are the Customer's responsibility.
  • Items purchased during the last sale are not eligible for returns.

7. Warranty and Complaints

  • Pinnie guarantees that the Products comply with the Agreement and meet reasonable requirements of quality and usability.

8. Liability

  • Pinnie is not liable for any damage or injury caused by improper use of our products.
  • Use at your own risk: Pinnie hair clips are designed for use by babies (from 3 months), toddlers, and children under strict adult supervision. The clips are not toys and may contain small parts that pose risks if misused. We advise removing the clips when not in use and keeping them out of children’s reach.
  • No liability for improper use: Pinnie is not responsible for any damage, injury, or other incidents caused by misuse of the clips, including swallowing or choking hazards. By using our products, the Customer acknowledges these risks and agrees to use the clips responsibly and under supervision.
  • Warning for babies with underdeveloped fontanelles: Pinnie strongly advises against using hair clips on babies with underdeveloped fontanelles. Using clips or other hair accessories on this vulnerable group may pose serious risks. Customers, parents, and caregivers are strongly advised to consult a doctor about the development of their baby’s fontanelles before using our products. Pinnie accepts no liability for damage, injury, or complications arising from using our products against this advice.
  • By purchasing and using our products, the Customer acknowledges these warnings and accepts full responsibility for the safe use of the products, considering the baby’s developmental stage.

9. Privacy Policy

  • We respect the Customer's privacy and handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal data is used only for processing orders and improving our services.

10. Governing Law

  • All Agreements and potential disputes between Pinnie and the Customer are governed by Dutch law.

11. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
